Livingston Presbyterian Church Cemetery/Centerville Cemetery is located in a beautiful,
secluded spot in Fredonia, Ky..

In Oct. 2, 2010 a Grave Marking Ceremony is planned for Robert Leeper in the
Old Fredonia Cemetery by the Gov. Isaac Shelby Chapter, KYSSAR, assisted by the
Ohio Valley Chapter, INSSAR of Evansville, In. and the Gen. John Caldwell Chapter,
KYSDAR, of Princeton, Ky.

Also the same day they will do a Grave Marking Ceremony for John Elder and
James Hawthorn in the Livingston Presbyterian Church/Centerville Cemetery
which is down the hill about 100 yards.
Hope to see many of you there!

Dec. Oct. 21, 1799
Many of you will think this stone looks familiar.
A drawing of it is on the front of the Greg Watson Cemetery Books.
It is the earliest known marked grave in Caldwell Co., Ky.

This stone was repaired by Richard P'Pool in 2010
If you look closely it was broken into several pieces.
Ask Richard or Donnie to tell you the story about this repair

Note: This William Hamilton is of the right age to have been a RW veteran.
Richard P'Pool has also repaired this stone.

In this photo you can see the flag by the tree (left) it is next to the stone
of William Hamilton. The flag between the two stones are the graves of
John Elder and his wife Mary Marrow.
The other markers are two Robert Elder graves.
