Mary Susan (Mit) Jackson (17 June 1844-17 Feb 1924) was my
great grandmother. Born in
Charlotte Co., Va, she was the daughter of Thomas Walton and Martha
Jane
Ramsey Jackson. She married Edmund Hails Garrott of Christian
Co., KY 6 Oct
1863. They were the parents of thirteen children. One granddaughter,
Alice
Sallee Lyons, still lives in Hopkinsville.
