Pennyrile Deaths April 5, 1999
CADIZ, Ky. — Bonnie Jane Allen Carr, 45, Cadiz, died at 5:45 a.m. Sunday of injuries suffered in a traffic accident in Trigg County. (See storty on Page 1A.)
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Goodwin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert McIntosh officiating. Burial will be in Carr Cemetery, Trigg County. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
A native of Calloway County, she was born July 7, 1953, the daughter of John Loyd and Betty Jane Fennel! Allen, Cadiz. She was a waitress, hostess and cashier at Lake Barkley State Resort Park and was a member of the Donaldson Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Tony H. Carr Sr.; a son, Tony H. Carr Jr., Cadiz; two daughters, Rebecca Jane Carr and Sarah Elizabeth Jane Carr, both of Cadiz; a brother, John Phillip Allen, Cadiz; and her grandmother, Juanita Fennell, Cadiz.

BRENTWOOD, MO. - Services for John Marshall Carr, 66, a Henderson native who died Tuesday, will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday with burial Monday. Cunningham and Moore Funeral Home, 2405 Marcus St. is in charge if arrangements.

Old Citizen Dies Past Eight-Three
End Comes To Pate Carr AT Home Of Son In Southern Part Of County
Mr. Pate Carr, an aged citizen who was eight three years of age last May, died last Thursday night at the home of a son, Charley Carr, in the southern section of the county, near Pugh Flat.
He had been in poor health for some time. Mr. Carr had spent most of his life in Trigg county. However, for some years he had resided in Tennessee with another son. About two months ago he came to Trigg county to be with Charley and others of the family, and was taken ill and never recovered.
The wife had been dead about twelve years, and several children are among the surviving relatives.
He was a well known citizen of the county in days past, and a member of one of the most prominent families in the southern section of the county.

In Sad Rememberance of Our Darling.  ---  On Nov. 24, Thanksgiving, when all were Offering thanks to the Almighty God the death angle visited the home of Tom and Daisy Carr and took their only little son, Willie Amos, he suffering two long weeks with throat trouble until death came and relieved his pain. He was just three years five months and five days old his little body was laid to rest in the old Carr burying ground and funeral services were held by Rev. J.L.B. Darnell.     R.M.S.
