MARY E LLA CODYMary Ella cody, 75, Fairfield, Calif., formerly of Hopkinsville, died at 1:20 a.m. Saturday at her home of natural causes.
A native of Fulton, she was born March 11, 1923, the daughter of the late James and Ludors Lyons Love. She served as a postal clerk for 25 years and was a member of St. John Baptist Church where she was active in the Sunday school and president of the Pastor's aide. Her husband, James Cody, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, James Eskridge, Fairfield, Calif.; a sister, Carrie Bradley, Clarksville, Tenn.; a brother, David Love Sr., Hopkinsville; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
