Henry Cummins Dead
Henry Cummins, one of Lyon county's oldest and best citizens, died last Friday at his home near Lamasco, after a few days illness of pneumonia.
He was a brother of W.W. Cummins, of this county, and leaves a wife and several children to mourn his death.
His interment occurred Saturday. Caldwell Co Nov 1904


RUTH CUMMINS

SALISBURY, Conn. -- Ruth Cummins, 94, Salisbury, formerly of Henderson, died Friday, Feb. 20, at Noble Horizon in
Salisbury.
She had been a public health nurse with the Community Service Society in New York City for a number of years, a medical social worker, and was a social worker for the State Dept. of Child Welfare, until she retired in 1966. She had also served during World War II with the U.S. Army Nurse Corps.
Survivors include two nieces.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 7 at New Preston Congregational Church in Washington, Conn. Burial
will be in Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Ky.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Washington Warren Visiting Nurse Association, 131 New
Milford Turnpike, New Preston, Conn. 06777, or to the Book of Remembrance, New Preston Congregational Church in
Washington, Conn.
Lillis Funeral Home of New Milford, Conn., is in charge of arrangements.
