Died Saturday 23 June 1956 died Saturday at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Marion Knight on the Dawson Road.
Born in Christian Co., son of Andy Gamble adn Mrs. Mary Gamble.
Retired farmer and operated a restaurant in Crofton.
Survivors: wife, Emma Gamble; son, Elgie Gamble of Christian Co.; two brother, Will of Alabama and Charles of Illinois; three sisters, Mrs. Maggie Carter of Gadsden, Ala. and Mrs. James Branch and Mrs. Donnie Dawson both of Alabama; two grandsons.
Services: Monday 25 June 1956 at the home, burial in Cansler family cemetery.
