WILLIAM HARRELL

             PRINCETON, Ky. -- William "Bill" Harrell,
             68, Princeton, died at 3:30 this morning, March
             22, 2000, at Princeton Health Care Manor of
             natural causes.

             Arrangements are incomplete at Morgan's Funeral
             Home.

             WILLIAM HARRELL

             PRINCETON, Ky. --Services for William
             "Bill" Harrell, 67, Caldwell County, will be at
             11 a.m. Friday at Morgan's Funeral Home with the
             Rev. Clarence cooper officiating. Visitation will
             be from 5 until 9 p.m. Thursday. The body is being
             cremated.

             He died at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2000,
             at Princeton Health Care Manor following a long
             illness.

             A native of Caldwell County, he was born Aug. 21,
             1932, the son of the late Robert Ira and Odes
             Frances Elkins Harrell, He was a retired night
             watchman for the Princeton Hosiery Mill and was
             a member of the Highland Baptist Church.

             Survivors include his wife, Leatrice Faye Keating
             Harrell; three daughters, Tonya Luther, Dawson
             Springs, Tammy Harrell, Madisonville, Melissa
             Leigh Blythe, Evansville, Ind.; three brothers,
             Frank Harrell, Princeton, Jim Harrell, Murray,
             James Harrell, Madisonville; six sisters, Rosie
             Boitnott, Kelly Hinton, Clara Bell Harrell, Sara A.
             Roberts, Elsie Cooper, all of Princeton, Roberta
             Driver, Tennessee; several grandchildren and two
             great-grandchildren.
