Miss Katie Hunter died at
her home in this place Saturday afternoon of consumption. She was 17 years old and had been in bad health for some time, but had only been confined to her room for about a month. The remains were taken to Princeton, her former home and interred today.

Leona B. Hunter, 94, Crofton, Ky.
Died Monday 17 November 1969 in the Hopkinsville Medicenter.
Born 9 July 1875 in Christian Co., daughter of John and Nancy Ellen Long Bowling.
Worked as a telephone operator, retiring after 23 yrs. Husband, Carl Hunter, died 23 yrs. ago.
Survivors: 2 nieces and a nephews and a number of cousins.
Services: Wednesday 19 November 1969, burial in Riverside Cem. Thomas Funeral Home.

Mrs E.J. Hunter Succumbs May 31
Last week on Wednesday morning, May 31, death took Mrs Susan Chandler HUNTER, a life time resident of Trigg county. She was born December 4, 1865 and spent the greater part of her life in the Dry Creek community.

Funeral services were held at Hunter graveyard. Thursday afternoon with Jack McKinney officiating.

There survives her husband, Elbert J HUNTER six children, Mrs Tom Curry, Jake Hunter and Mrs Lem Boren all of Linton, Mrs Jessie Darnall of Louisville, Mrs Charlie Warren of Cadiz and Joe Hunter of the Linton community. Also surviving are 34 grandchildren, six of whom are serving in the armed forces, and one great grandchild.Cadiz Record Jun 1944
