Mrs. Mary Pinnegar Milstead, 89, of Corpus Christi, Texas, formerly of Princeton, died Wednesday, April 30, (1997), at Horizon Specialty Care Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, following a long illness.
A retired knitter for the Princeton Hosiery Mill, she was born March 25, 1908, in Trigg County, a daughter of the late Nay Dar and Sara L. Nowton Pinnegar.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie "Buck: Milstead in 1955; six brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include three daughters, Sibyline Vaupel of Fairfield, Ill., Dru Robinson of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Media Laern Martin of Apex, N.C.; 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday May 5, at 10 a.m. at Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton with the Mr. Frank Brown officiating.
Burial followed in Princeton Memorial Gardens, Princeton, Ky.
