LOIS J. MOSSLois Jean Moss, 48, Greenville Road, died at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 1999, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Gamble Funeral Home, with the Rev. C.E. Timberlake officiating. Burial will be in Cave Spring Cemetery. Visitation at Gamble Funeral Home is this afternoon, and visitation with the family will be from 6 until 7 tonight.
A native of Hopkinsville, she was born May 31, 1950, the daughter of Robert D. Moore, Hopkinsville, and the late Mattie B. Caudle Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Street Baptist Church.
In addition to her father, survivors include her husband, Governor Moss; a son, Terrence Moss, Hopkinsville; a daughter, Sivonya Moss, Hopkinsville; five brothers, Robert Moore Jr., Mitchell Moore, both of Hopkinsville,
Michael Moore, Wayne Moore and Sherman Moore, all of Virginia Beach, Va.; six sisters, Carol Moore, JoNitta Moore, Elizabeth Moore, all of Hopkinsville, Shirley Mickel and Joyce Jones, both of Washington, D.C.,
Satorius "Donna" Babb, Virginia Beach and three grandchildren.
