Died Monday 19 December 1966 in Jennie Stuart Hospital.
Born 21 August 1887 in Christian Co., daughter of Isom and Elizabeth Good Petty.
Preceded in death by one son, Virgil Owen on July 14, 1964.
Member of Mt. Carmel Methodist Church.
Survivors: two sons, Loman Owen of Elgin, Ill and Ray Owen of Crofton; four daughters, Imogene Mosley of Christian Co., Ernestine Harper of Paducah, Louise Tyson of Hopkinsville and Lola Mae Johann of Evansville, Ind.
Services: Wednesday 21 December 1966, burial in Riverside Cemetery. Hughart-Keightly Funeral Home.

Services for Clyde V. Owen, 89, Hopkinsville, will be at 10
a.m. Saturday at Maddux Funeral Home, Hopkinsviile, with the Rev. Robert Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight.
He died at 5 a.m. Thursday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
A native of the Bainbridge community, he was born April 25, 1909, the son of the late William Leslie and Docia Lee P’Pool Owen. He was a retired paint sprayer with the Frigidaire Division of General Motors in Dayton, Ohio, and was a member of the Second Baptist Church.
His wife, Edna Belle Cornelius Owen, survives.

J. M. Owen, 61, of 851 Kimsey Lane, formerly of Robards, died at 8 p.m. Thursday at Redbanks Nursing Home.
He is survived by three sons, Greg of Henderson, Jack of Wichita, Kan., and Jim Of Franklin, Tenn.,; his mother Julia Owen of Henderson; three sisters, Jean Owen of Henderson, Maomi Gibson of Sebree and Vivian Clark of Hanson and

OPAL EMBRY OWEN

NEWBURG, Ind - Opal Embry Owen, 86, died at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville. She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Duties; three sons, Bill Emery, of Newburg, Darrell of Chandler and Jerry of Boonville; two daughters, Maxine Wilkerson, Baskett, and Beverly Van Cleaver of Spottsville; one step-daughter, Joyce Schmidt of Newburgh; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Epworth United Methodist Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at Simpson Funeral Hone in Newburgh anytime.

RAY OWEN
Cadiz, Ky, - Ray Owen, 70, Cerulean, died at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Henry County Hospital, Paris, tenn, after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Goodwin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harold Rose officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery, Christian County. Visitation will be begin at 6 tonight.

A native of Caldwell County, he was born Oct 18, 1928 the son of the late Claude Bryant and Bertha Lee Stewart Owen. He was a memeber of the Cerulean Baptist Church. There are no immediate survivors. - Pennyrile Deaths - May 13, 1999
