SIMMS
MOSE A. SIMMSMORGANFIELD - Mose A SIMMS, 86, of 500 Geiger St., died at 6:05 p.m. Thursday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Marion, Ill.
He was a member of Carr's Chapel Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ollie; one daughter, Shirley MCWHARTON of Indianapolis; two sisters, Ora WILLETT and Zella HANCOCK both of Morganfield; one brother Charles of Chicago; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Carr's Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Lawrence Howard officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery. Reeder Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
