BENJAMIN BRYAN SNEADServices for Benjamin Bryan Snead, 86, Pembroke, will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Maddux funeral Home. Hopkinsville, with the Rev. Larry Birkhead officiating. Burial will be in Grays Cemetery.
He died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday at Chrisitan Health Center following a brief illiness
A native of Todd County, he was born March 3, 1912, the son of the late John Alexander and Carie Diane Price Snead. He was a retired mechanic, having worked at West Kentucky Tractor, Cayce Yost and Henderson Underwood Implemant. He was a Baptist. A son, Bobby Bryant Snead, died in 1949.
Survivors include his wife, Cleo Lancaster Snead; a son, Donald Tyrone Snead, Pembroke; two daughters, Beverly Diane Piatt and Martha Ann Spurlin, both of Hopkinsville; A sister, Dorothy Snead Marquess, Hopkinsville; 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren.
