Rev. W. A. Miller

The Rev. W. A. Miller was born November 21, 1859. He was converted in August, 1875; first joined the Missionary Baptist church, but in 1880 he united with the General Baptists, and soon afterwards he entered into the ministry.

He was a preacher of unusual ability, and had great power in moving men and women to be religious. He was not only a good pastor, but a most successful evangelist. He worked with Rev. J. F. Bumpus, Rev. A. B. Stone, Rev. W. W. Stone, and many other ministers of his day. We regret that we do not have his records, but we found where he was moderator of Union Association in 1895, and again in 1904.
