REV. MRS. M. MUNNS
The Rev. Mrs. Munns was born in Franklin County, Kentucky. She was converted in 1869, and was a charter member of the Macedonia General Baptist church. She was licensed to preach in 1892, and ordained in 1895.

She has been most most successful in revival and evangelistic work having held many great revivals in several states. The following figures will give an idea as to the success of her labors: Sermons preached 3625; conversions witnessed 3983; received into churches 828; helped organize ten churches; helped ordain five ministers; helped ordain 20 deacons.

The above was taken from The Messenger Album published more than fifty years ago. While the Rev. Mrs. Munns was never a member of Union Association, yet the church to which she belonged - Macedonia - was a member of the Association until 1876 when it joined the Mt. Union Association.
