REV. L. L. TODD
The Rev. L. L. Todd was converted at the age of 15 and joined Cedar Grove General Baptist church. Some years later he moved his membership to Mt. Gilead General Baptist church, and remained a member at that church until his death.

The family doesn't have a record of his ministry, as they were burned when their home was burned in 1923, however they do know that he was ordained to the full work of the ministry March 28, 1896. The ordination committee was Rev. A. B. Stone, Rev. J. W. Green, Rev. W. A. Miller, Rev. W. W. Stone, rev. J. F. Bumpus, and Rev. J. H. Dame.

Following are some of the churches he pastored: Cedar Grove, Enon, Tilden, Little Zion, Mt. Lebanon, Pleasant Grove, White Oak, Providence, Earlington, Mt. Gilead, Free Union, Concord, Union Hill, Henderson.

He served his Lord and his denomination well, and remained active until poor health forced him to give up his ministerial work a few years before his death, which occurred June 9, 1949.
