Dunn House
Smithland, Ky.
Dunn House was built in 1867 by W.T. Groyot. Mr. Groyot was a druggist in Smithland at that time.
This beautiful old home is situated near the courthouse and has eight rooms and two hallways.

Preservationists failed in a last-ditch attempt to save the structure, built in 1867.
