CADIZ, Ky. — Eleanora “Lee” Johnson, 76, of Cadiz, formerly of Detroit, died at 5:15 a.m. Friday at Trigg County Hospital.

Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Farmington, Mich. She was a member of the League of Women Voters and the Rescue Our Cemetery-Between the Rivers Preservation Organization.

Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Harvey K. Johnson; one son, Erik Johnson of Rochester Hills, Mich.; two daughters, Amanda Herring of Brentwood, Tenn., and Kristen Miller of Howell, Mich.; and four grandchildren, Kevin Miller and Stephen Miller, both of Howell, and Andrew and Kyle Herring, both of Brentwood.

She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Her parents were Hemming and Tynne Pylvanynen Hartikka.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at King’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Watson and her son, Erik Johnson, officiating. Burial will be at Siloam Cemetery in Trigg County.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
