Reubin Linn Died At His Home in Mayfield
Mr. Reubin Linn died last Thursday at his home in Mayfield at the age of 70 years.

Mr. Linn was born in Calloway county in 1827, but spent many years of his early life in Trigg county. His father lived for many years five miles west of Cadiz. Reubin Linn is still remembered by many of our citizens and a number of the older ones were his school mates, Col. R. A. Burnett of this city, being among the number.

At Cadiz, Apr 23, 1854, he married Mary E. Stanley, of Bowling Green, Ky.

Ten children were born of their union, five sons and five daughters. All the sons are dead.

The second marriage of Mr. Linn was with Miss Alice Williams, in July 1885, of Calloway county.

A brother, Young Linn, once represented Trigg county in the Legislature.

He was a Confederate soldier and a Mason and one of the most prominent citizens of Graves county.
