I do certify that in pursuance to notice given I did this day at the Clerk's office in Cadiz state & settle the accounts and vouchers of E Grace, Admr of JAMES E MCWATERS dec'd, as follows:  I charged the Admr with the sum of $332.27 amount sale bill & negro hire.  I then gave him credit by monies paid out as per vouchers numbered 1 to 17 inclusive, also Clerk's fee for recording &c this settlement, my fee for making same, and an allowance to Admr for services, making in all $325.04 which being deducted from the amount charged to Admr leaves in his hands $7.23 which will be the sum from the foregoing statement, which with said vouchers are made facts hereof.  Given under my hand this 12th June 1855
